Three Years of Bridging
Two Continents

What began as a landmark MOU signing between Penn State College of Engineering and NSYSU has evolved into one of the most anticipated bilateral workshops in semiconductor and photonics research.

Now returning to Kaohsiung for its third edition, the workshop brings together distinguished faculty from both institutions, industry leaders from Taiwan's semiconductor ecosystem, and emerging researchers.
